EDIT Part 2:
fixed it! I made her eyes a little droopier (a LOT actually) and now added her face mark thingy (after i told myself not to forget the whole time i was painting her )

EDIT Part 3:
I was looking at everything I've done so far and I realised that Szayel is the only one who's skin is glowing/shiny...
so then i decided to give everyone else a facial.
